We are announcing a brand new educational initiative that will provide recent graduates with 12 intensive months of experience in one of our international offices. Participants will learn how a global agribusiness is run and gain management skills that will serve them throughout their careers.

The positions will cover several areas including: life sciences, aquaculture, algae, crop science and fermentation technology. Twenty graduates will be selected annually from science, aquaculture, marketing, veterinary science, IT, business and biotechnology backgrounds.

The 12-month, salaried, executive graduate programme will begin with an intensive training period in Alltech’s European Bioscience Centre in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, followed by a structured mentorship in one of our 128 offices around the world.
