The National Horse Show is America's oldest indoor horse show and one of the world's most recognized equestrian events. However, it is also a charitable organization that has donated money to many worthwhile causes over the years. The 128th Alltech National Horse Show is no exception. A different local or national charity is featured during each session of the competition. Fifty percent of the net proceeds from the general admission gate receipts for each session will be donated to a featured local or national charity.

The Shriners Hospitals for Children

Shriners Hospitals for Children provides the highest quality care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment. This mission is carried out without regard to race, color, creed, sex or sect, disability, national origin or ability of a patient or family to pay.

The Alltech Sustainable Haiti Project

The Alltech Sustainable Haiti Project provides support for the small family farms that grow the country's 100% mountain-grown Arabica coffee. Organically grown and Fair Trade Certified™, Alltech's Café Citadelle coffee is hand-picked, ensuring a consistent and flavorful coffee at the peak of its richness. Most importantly, the coffee provides a sustainable livelihood for the people of Haiti with all proceeds from Café Citadelle going directly to the thousands of families working for the coffee co-op as well as two Haitian primary schools.

The Kentucky Horse Park Mustang Troop

The Kentucky Horse Park Mustang Troop provides children and young adults the opportunity to work with horses. The sense of responsibility and self esteem that they gain as they take care of the horses helps them build the tools they need to live up to their potential.

Kentucky Horse Park Foundation

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is dedicated to enhancing, expanding and improving the Kentucky Horse Park. The Kentucky Horse Park, located on over 1,200 acres in the heart of Kentucky, is the world's only park dedicated to humankind's relationship with-and love for-the horse. More than one million visitors travel to the park annually to explore their own personal relationship with horses. Since its inception in 1985, the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation has contributed over $25 million worth of improvements, helping to make the Kentucky Horse Park the leading equestrian facility of its kind in the world.

Louisville Mounted Police

The Louisville Mounted Police help ensure that Louisville is one of America's safest cities by using private donations to provide the Louisville Metro Police Department and its officers with essential equipment and programs not covered by tax dollars.

Kentucky Equine Humane Center

The Kentucky Equine Humane Center (KyEHC) is a first-of-its-kind facility, established with the specific goal of providing owners with a humane option when they need to give up their horses. No horse in Kentucky in a precarious situation is ever turned away. Those who can be adopted go to loving homes and, like dogs and cats, those with chronic pain, hopeless injuries or illness are compassionately euthanized by a licensed veterinarian. Since KyEHC opened its doors in 2007, it has given refuge to more than 650 horses.

Lexington Mounted Police

Friends of the Lexington Mounted Police, Inc., supports the horses and officers of the Lexington, KY mounted police unit and their outreach training efforts to mounted officers throughout North America with an annual National Mounted Police Colloquium. The Lexington mounted unit also offers The Civilian Equine Sensory Clinics, supporting civilian riders.

United States Equestrian Team Foundation

The United States Equestrian Team Foundation supports the competition, training, coaching, travel and educational needs of America's international high performance horses and athletes in partnership with the United States Equestrian Federation.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal

Founded in 1866, the ASPCA® is the nation's leading voice for animal welfare. The ASPCA offers a wide range of programs, including a mobile clinic outreach initiative, its own humane law enforcement team, a grant program that helps animals in need across the nation, and a ground-breaking veterinary forensics team and mobile animal CSI unit.
