Journalists from all over the world are in Lexington, Kentucky for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. This Monday Dr. Pearse Lyons, President and Founder of Alltech, presented the first Alltech 'A+' Awards to five equine journalists for "creativity, passion and excellence".

Members of the American Horse Publications (AHP) and the International Alliance of Equestrian Journalists (IAEJ) are eligible for the award. Entries for the next set of awards must be published between July 2, 2010 and January 3, 2011. Rules and applications will be available at www.americanhorsepubs.org or www.equijournalists.com.
