Today Alltech begins the search for 20 hungry, ambitious and passionate young minds to join our talented team. The Alltech Graduate Development Program was officially announced by Dr. Pearse Lyons to attract budding Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral graduates at a time when economic and employment opportunities are diminished.

So what is in it for you?
The 12 month Program will give the best and brightest the chance to learn, lead, innovate and flourish. It’s open to global applicants and will start off with an intensive training period in our European Bioscience Centre in Ireland and our global headquarters in Kentucky, USA. Following this, graduates will continue training and development, while simultaneously managing key company projects in one of the company’s 128 offices around the world.
