Alltech China was established in 1994. To satisfy the increasing demand of the local market Alltech China built a huge production base in the Beijing Huairou economic development zone. In 2006, the Guangzhou, Chengdu, Qingdao office was open to provide more local services. We work with leading poultry and pig integrators, large breeder farms and we have great relationships with local dairy feed mills.

Alltech China is Looking for Employees

The Alltech China office is located in Beijing Center, where Alltech currently employs 200 people with 45 in customer support/sales.  Other job opportunities are available  throughout China.

Ideally candidates would have a proven record of results in research, development, nutrition, diet formulation, animal health and/or sales. Ideally they are capable of working with all levels of both Alltech and its partner organizations to achieve rapid and strategic outcomes. The goal is to retain existing customers and achieve new clients through the use of Alltech’s solutions. Additional duties include but are not limited to:

• Paying regular visits to our customers, cultivating new relationships and strengthening existing ones
• Educating customers about new Alltech solutions, and how those solutions could benefit their farm or production
• Communicating effectively and regularly with other Alltech team members as well as office, marketing and management staff

Experience Required:      

• Completely fluent in Chinese and English
• Position located in China  
• Strong people skills and the ability to manage time and tasks
• Interest in the agriculture industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education Required:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Animal Science or Veterinary Science Degree
